The plan aims to preserve the architectural features and spatial structures of different historical stages within the plot as much as possible, presenting a diverse and iterative historical memory and living texture as a whole, forming a cultural and historical ring centered around the intersection of the two rivers. The design has created a north-south waterfront trail that runs through the site through contemporary translations of the history of water transportation and ancient fiber paths, connecting vivid commercial scenes along the river.
